These terms govern use of the public FixAds marketing and legal pages. Client services are governed only by the separate agreement made with the client.

1. Website operator

The website is operated by Anton Goldberg, trading as FixAds, Schönhauser Allee 108, 10439 Berlin, Germany. Full provider information is available in the Impressum.

2. Information and inquiries

The website describes FixAds services in general terms. It is not a binding offer, price quotation, guarantee, or promise of a specific result. Sending a contact form or email does not create a client relationship. A project starts only after the parties agree its scope and commercial terms.

3. Permitted use

You may access and use the website for lawful information and business-inquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or misuse the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, FixAds owns or is authorized to use the website copy, design, code, images, and FixAds brand material. Client and platform names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred by displaying them.

5. External links and availability

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and privacy practices. FixAds may update, interrupt, or withdraw the public website when necessary. Statutory liability, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, remains unaffected.

6. Applicable law

German law applies where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and mandatory conflict-of-law provisions remain unaffected.
